The Lodge has its own west facing patio and has far reaching views over the beautiful Hampshire countryside which is perfect for morning coffee or evening sundowners.

This private garden room is a cosy oasis in the heart of Winchester. Room features an en-suite bathroom, coffee/tea making facilities. The theatre and many of Winchester's best restaurants a short walk away. The train station is a 5 minute walk away and the High Street a 10 minute walk, with Oram's Arbor on your doorstep. Located in my rear garden on a lovely quiet street served by local shops and restaurants at the eastern end and an excellent local pub at the other.

This quiet, spacious and comfortable ground floor annexe is situated in a rural village on the south side of Winchester. The Limes, with its own front door, offers a relaxing home from home environment. It is light and airy, set well back from the road, overlooking a lovely garden with views of the countryside. It offers off road parking, 15 minutes from Winchester centre, good size and comfortable double and single bedrooms, with a well equipped kitchen.
