Ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and anyone who likes all aspects of wildlife, boating and the sea. We are 5 m. south of the historically important University town of Lancaster. The village has a pub, village store and cafes.

The private shower and toilet are located off a shared utility room, but are for guest use only. Guests are welcome to relax in the garden.
