Cozy Cuba Cabin

This cabin is located in the Enchanted Mountains & just 7 miles from the quaint lake town of Cuba,NY- full of local shops, world famous cheese and great local eats! Inside, we have all the basic amenities you'll need for your getaway along with wifi, classic gaming console, outdoor fire pit, charcoal grill and (our favorite) upper and lower balconies to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature. No air conditioning in cabin but 3 fans to keep cool. Dog friendly! Service animals are always welcome.

Chalet in the trees

Leave the world behind and be 1 with nature in comfort and style! This beautiful chalet sits on 100-acres! Relax by a bonfire, stargaze, enjoy coffee on the porch, birdwatch, fish, swim, enjoy kayaks, peddle boat, flat bottom boat or explore the walking trails. Next to 2,000 acres of State Forest, 30 min to Letchworth State Park, 10 minutes to Angelica, 40 min to Ellicottville, 30 min to Swain Skii Resort, 30 minutes to Tall Pines ATV park and 10 min to Rushford Lake! So much to do and enjoy!

Country Shanty

This cozy space is approximately 3 miles out of the Village of Wellsville. It is very close to Alma Pond, Trout Run Camping Resort, Tall Pines ATV park, and the Wellsville Airport! It is nestled back into the woods, with some great views. The house is spacious, great living room, spacious bedrooms, and kitchen with laundry as well! There is super fast Wi-Fi. there are front and back porches where you can sip your morning coffee, and watch the birds whistle, this is very family friendly!

The Main&Central Suite 1&2 combination is the entire second floor of this beautiful Victorian home, located 2 blocks from the Wellsville Main St businesses and events. You will enjoy clean, warm, spacious rooms with comfortable king beds. Each private bedroom has its own living room with a day bed and tv. The full kitchen is very accommodating, and the large bathroom includes a washer and dryer.

Perfect for guests visiting loved ones at the local hospital (one block away) or the traveling medical professional that needs a night/week(s) to hang his hat.

This cozy space is on the second story so if you have a hard time with stairs sadly we aren't the place for you. Try us out, you won't be disappointed!!

Country Getaway

This home is out in the country close to St. Bonaventure University and Cuba Lake in a relaxed neighborhood. This two bedroom ranch style home has exactly what you need for a family get away. Two bedrooms available all on the same floor. The master bedroom has a King bed and the guest bedroom has a queen size bed for your stay. Full kitchen dining and living area with driveway parking for two cars.

Cozy one bedroom Carriage House

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located right in town it’s a short walk to the local restaurants and stores. Very short drive to larger surrounding towns. The open space in the living room makes it feel like a large space, but still cozy at the same time. This is a one bedroom tiny home, but if you’re willing, the couches or an air matress can accommodate a few more.
