Kitchen complete w/everything needed for cooking. 2 outside patios. BBQ, fire pit & chairs. Located 10 miles from Wickenburg. Hooves & Horns & Dillions Western Trails arenas are 3 miles. 22 x 22 covered horse pens available at an additional charge of $10.00 per night per pen. 5 pens, turnout, 60x60 arena. No cattle. No dogs or cats.

Ropers roost is a 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms vacation rental that is perfect for your next stay. With a newly installed extra large patio, hot tub and putting green this property aims to please. Dog and horse friendly. This home is located on 1 acre and the back is fenced in non-climb horse fence and 4 horse pens! Located just off of Highway 60, it is a short drive to either Surprise or Wickenburg. No more than 4 horses allowed. All manure must be removed from the property prior to check out.

There is also a pack&play and many toys for kids to use. There are 2 more bedrooms and another full bathroom . Sofa bed & airbed w/ linens in the closet.
