Newly renovated cottage with huge waterfront located in Wolfe island (access via MTO Ferry - Free Ride) near City of Kingston Ontario. The island is 30 minutes ferry ride from Kingston. there are convenience store, and LCBO, and restaurants in the island. Lots of outdoor spaces to enjoy, spectacular views of the Lake Ontario and st Lawrence River. The lake is very nice to explore and circumnavigate in kayak, canoe or peddle boat. *WE WILL PROVIDE BLANKETS, PILLOWS AND TOWELS FOR 12 PP*

Master bedroom has 1 king bed and ensuite with view of the river. Second room has 1 king bed with ensuite and two windows that capture the sunrise. Spectacular sunsets will take your breath away daily . Clean clear water invites you to swim, canoe, kayak or simply float . Notice the herron flying low, swans in the bay, and eagles keeping watch from a tree .

WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access.
