The Cozy Conway Cottage

Enjoy peace and quiet along the Conway River. This relaxing getaway is about 1/4 mile off of rte 230. The cottage was an original one-room cabin with a centrally located wood stove/fireplace. It now boasts 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen, large windows and a patio/deck with river views. During the fall and winter months, you can see the sunset over the mountains of the National park. It’s a 20 min drive to the Shenandoah National Park entrance and 5 minutes from Early Mountain Vineyard.

The Studio at Dark Run Retreat

Quiet studio on a secluded 5 acres only 3 miles from town. Kick back and relax by the pool in the warmer months, or in the hot tub in the cooler months. Small trails lead to the creek running along the property, maybe you'll even catch a glimpse of the deer or turkey that wander thru...we've even seen a lil bear once! This cabin is conveniently located near the Swift Run Gap entrance to Skyline Drive in Shenandoah National Park. Guests can enjoy hiking to water falls or to mountain peaks in the Park, then a trip to wineries/breweries in the Monticello district. Guests may enjoy an afternoon cooking out on the grill and relaxing in this secluded cabin in the mountains. On cool nights, the fireplace can provide warmth. The cabin is also about 20 miles from Massanutten Resort, straight along Rt 33.

Early Mountain Vineyards' charming Guest Cottage, nestled next to our front block of grapevines and below our historic hilltop barn, offers breath-taking views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and a serene place to watch the sunset while sipping wine. Only short distance to our Tasting Room - open 5 days a week, Thursday - Monday. We recommend a reservation in advance - this can be made via our website, Early Mountain Vineyards, or by calling our winery directly.
