PARTY POLICY: The Spring View Oasis is nestled in a very quiet neighborhood. No parties of any kind are permitted. Violations of house rules (excessive noise, smoking inside, extra guests) will lead to a fine of $250 and immediate cancellation of your reservation. A Minut device is installed in the backyard to monitor noise, thresholds set to 75db 7am-10pm, 65db quiet hours 10pm-7am. A warning will be issued for exceeding, and multiple violations will result in termination of reservation.

Host sometimes occupies lowest level of the home which has a private entrance and no access to the guests' space. Free parking. Keypad entrance.
