Easy access to the main road and a short drive to town. One queen bed in a semiprivate room and a pull out couch. One bathroom with shower only. Accessible by stairs only. Propane heater to warm the space. Small side deck for entry and a larger deck on the back of the house with a BBQ. Full kitchen setup with Keurig.

This 950 square foot bungalow - newly renovated - is set into our beautiful, peaceful ranch/meadow surroundings. It is fully equipped for self-catering with kitchen/dining area. Spacious open-space style (see photos), with large porch, a beautiful pool, hot tub, barn with hens, mini donkeys, and 2 llamas, and our two beloved Golden Retrievers. We are only 25 minutes from downtown Prescott with all its amenities, and then back home to the quiet, and amazing starry skies of Skull Valley.

A few minutes from tons of hiking and Goldwater lake for fishing and kayaking. At over 6,200 feet of elevation enjoy the fresh air and cooler temperatures. Perfect location to unwind and enjoy viewing the abundant wildlife. Large deck with a grill and outdoor table for al fresco dining and enjoying the amazing weather. Perfect family getaway.

Peaceful home on a four acre property that is located adjacent to public access BLM land. Ride for miles on your ATV, UTV, or horses. Large horse paddocks are available on site. Features a full house with a large patio with a hot tub, grill, and dining area. Stunning mountain views with photo worthy sunrise and sunsets. A large yard for parking big rigs.
