Naš stan je svijetao, privatan i udoban prostor na donjem spratu porodične kuće. Ima dnevni boravak, udobnu spavaću sobu sa bračnim krevetom (širine 150–179 cm) i sopstveno kupatilo. Postoji mala čajna kuhinja sa indukcionim pločama za kuvanje i mikrotalasnom pećnicom. Nalazimo se na 12 minuta vožnje automobilom od centra grada. Na kraju ulice se nalaze park i staze. Nalazimo se jedan blok od pozorišta „Guild“ i najbliže prodavnice prehrambenih proizvoda i nekoliko blokova od restorana/barova. Imamo ognjište i prelijepo dvorište koje takođe možete slobodno da koristite.
