Είναι σε μια ρεματιά, πετρόκτιστο, σε ένα οικισμό παραδοσιακό, με πολύ βλάστηση σε ρεματιά. Η φύση γύρω είναι απείραχτη με διαφόρων ειδών ήμερη και άγρια βλάστηση. Έχει 2 θάλασσες στα 5 χιλιόμετρα με όμορφες παραλίες για κολύμπι (Φυρνιακό και Αλμυροπόταμο). Γενικά το σπίτι προσφέρεται για λάτρεις της ηρεμίας και της φύσης. Ενδείκνυται πολύ για πεζοπορία μέσα στη φύση. Στα 300 μέτρα είναι το καινούργιο χωριό με ταβέρνες, καφετέρια, φαρμακείο, φούρνο και μικρό supermarket.

Auf der Insel Euböa befindet sich das malerische Dorf Styra. Am oberen Dorfrand liegt unser Ferienhaus von wo man einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer hat. Das Haus mit seinen 100 m² und ca. 130 Jahre alten Mauern haben wir 2021 von Grund auf renoviert. Auf der kleinen, schattigen Terrasse lässt sich der Tag mit einem schönen Frühstück beginnen. Von der Dachterrasse hat man dann den Blick auf Dorf, Meer und dem Berg im Rücken – Ideal für den Sundowner.

Lovely traditional stone cottage

Lovely stone built house in a traditional Greek village. Close to many nearby beaches (closest 10 minutes drive away). The local village has tavernas, bakery, grocers, pharmacy, a church, butcher's shop. Ideal for people who enjoy: the beach, walks, peace and quiet and an experience of the real Greece. If you like hiking, I have lots of recommendations around Zarakes and further afield around Evia.

A beautiful cottage right by the sea in a picture like tranquil fisherman’s village 2.5h from Athens Eleutherios V airport. You’ll love the location! Cottage is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), friends, and furry guests (pets). Along with the 2 bedrooms there is a loft that can sleep 2 adults or 3 kids that has an extra large king-size mattress.
