Apartment is in the peaceful area on the third, top floor of an old stone house right at the seafront. It boasts with a view all over Komiža bay. It is within a 5min walk from the promenade, just above the beach and three excellent restaurants. It has one bedroom, kitchen with living room and a bathroom. It is equipped with cable TV, fully equipped kitchen with a dish washer, AC, ceiling fan in bedroom and wi-fi. The possibility of using a double seated kayak comes with renting the apartment.

Above the sea, below the stars

Our place "above the sea, below the stars" is a new apartment built in winter 2022 and finished in May. It is on the best position just right to the sea. You can watch sea and beautiful Island Biševo during a day, and in the evening enjoy the clear sky full of stars. Big terrace is the best spot in Komiža. We renovated second floor and built third one in the house from 1913. Everything is new, except the brick wall from 1913. Place has everything you need and I would love to be your host.

Nalazi se u selu na najvišem dijelu otoka Visa. Zrak je planinski, čist, a kuća je okružena prirodom. Dok se odmarate na terasi u pozadini se čuju cvrčci, pijetao, ptičice...Prekrasne plaže sa kristalno čistim morem se nalaze na samo 15 minuta vožnje automobilom. Najbliži restoran je 3 minute hodanja..

You will be surrounded by vines, roses, rosemary, herbs, trees, butterflies and birds. You will share the nature with lovely birds, hedgehogs, rabbits and our 4 cats.

Die Ferienwohnung hat einen sensationellen Überblick über die ganze Bucht von Vis. Diese Aussicht ist bei Tag, wie auch bei Nacht atemberaubend. Es besteht die Möglichkeit auf Ihrem Terrassenanteil eine Etage tiefer eine ruhige Zeit zu verbringen oder das volle Leben in der Stadt zu genießen. In 5 Minuten sind Sie zu Fuß an der Promenade, den Geschäften, Restaurants. In 10 Minuten sind Sie an einem der Strände in der Stadt.

Apartman u kući nalazi se tik uz more u prekrasnoj pješčanoj uvali Stončica, 7 km od grada Visa. Nalazi se u hladovini borove šume na vrlo mirnom i opuštajućem mjestu, okružena prirodom. Ima svoj mostić s kojeg možete skočiti i osvježiti se u kristalno plavom moru. Do kuće se može doći pješice kamenim putem, a udaljenost od parkinga je cca 500m. Prije rezervacije molimo provjerite odgovara li mjesto vašim očekivanjima.
