Join us at The Architect's Cottage a peaceful relaxing place. Located on exclusive Bishop Lake only 5 minutes to Marietta and Roswell. 9 miles to the Sandy Springs MARTA station and the Braves Battery is 7 miles away. Walkable restaurants and shopping in Roswell is less than a 5 minute ride. Rest and relax, this cozy cottage is your own. Enjoy an evening watching the sunset over the lake. It's super hot here in August, but I have lowered our rates to get you to stay for August!

Welcome to our cozy lake home retreat in a quiet neighborhood located on Cindy’s Lake a 23-acre tranquil private lake in Smyrna. We are 15 minutes’ drive to the Battery and Truist Park. We are centrally located near Atlanta, Marietta and Vinings for delicious dining experience and entertainment. Our home is a 5 minute drive to Silver Comet Trial for walking, running or biking. Feel free to bring your fishing gear for your pleasure. There is a zero tolerance policy on parties and smoking.

Each room has its own décor theme, the master suite is INCREDIBLE, and the house has plenty to keep you entertained like pool, games, Starlink Wifi and dish network. We have worked hard to make our home your home.

Nestled on Lake Allatoona, the Carriage House adjoins Corp of Engineers land. A quick 1-minute stroll leads to my dock, where you can fish, swim, kayak, or bring a small boat. The Lake Point Sports Complex is just 20 minutes away, with a pleasant drive via back roads for visiting athletes. After a long day on the fields, enjoy the tranquility of this serene setting. Winter offers a peaceful ambiance with lovely light. Very private, surrounded by quiet woods and wildlife.

House Rules WE DO NOT ACCEPT IN STATE Bookings! No smoking, no dogs, no parties and no commercial photography. The apartment has its own entry. We live in the upper 1st and 2nd story. Internal stairway locked both sides. There is a whole house water filter, we have very clean water on every faucet (Drinking water). We have dual twin memory foam beds and a huge sectional couch. Some amenities pool table, ping pong. Please put ping pong table up against the wall.
