If you like adventure , want to go Back to Basic, have an open mind and don't need perfection, then enjoy our self-made garden house! We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. The tiny house is simple and sits like a small paradise in the middle of a residential area. Under the care of a Pine tree and with enough basic elements in kitchen, house and own private garden you can feel relaxed safe and happy Near nature and Amsterdam!

Ben je de stad even zat? Op zoek naar een bijzondere bestemming voor een vakantie in eigen land? Ik verwelkom je graag op mijn unieke locatie middenin de landerijen van Waterland. Op slechts 15 minuten vanaf het centrum van Amsterdam, en op een steenworp afstand van het pittoreske Broek in Waterland, ligt mijn woonark. Om het erf te bereiken maak je gebruik van een klein pontje, om zo de Broekervaart over te steken. Het pontje is overigens privébezit, en wordt alleen door mijn gasten gebruikt.

Zwiethouse ligt op Klein Landgoed (1 ha) naast Paleis Soestdijk en Kasteel Drakensteyn. Vanuit het boshuis (in privacy gelegen) prachtig uitzicht de natuur in ! Vele vogels, ook uilen, eekhoorntjes en je ziet geregeld reeen! Wandelen/fietsen (te huur) door de Baarnse bossen, bij Zwiethouse vuurtje stoken, naar de Soesterduinen, pannenkoeken eten in Lage Vuursche, met de fietsboot naar Spakenburg of winkelen in Amsterdam, Amersfoort of Utrecht. Our B & B is located in the quiet, green Oosterwold district. You stay in a design lodge with its own entrance and terrace so you can fully enjoy staying in a vineyard. Our B & B is very suitable for hikers, cyclists and nature lovers. Even sporty guests can come to us with Golfclub Naarderbos and golf club Almeerderhout in the immediate vicinity. With Amsterdam, Utrecht and 't Gooi a stone's throw away, our B & B is a beautiful home base for a short-term holiday.

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

Het staat vrij, heeft een eigen terras met tuin en privé parkeerplaats. Dichtbij is veel cultuur, natuur, strand en Amsterdam. Voor 12,50 EUR p.p.p.d. maken wij een lekker ontbijt voor je.
