Located just 2 miles to the start of the historic Katy Trail makes this a great spot. Also, we are only minutes away from Truman Lake which boasts some of the best crappie and spoonbill fishing around. A dedicated shed with lock is provided at the back of the home for bike storage. A short walk to the historic square with shopping + eateries!

The Zoolue

Very spacious 6-bedroom home located east of Appleton City, MO within proximity of Truman Lake access points, conservation areas, Lakeview By Sue Barn Venue and Rustic Duck Restaurant. This safari decor-themed home can sleep 22+ people and includes large open kitchen, dining and living areas; a furnished basement with lounge area; a 2-car garage and lots of parking; and a large yard with 3 patio areas. Our newly remodeled century farmhouse is conveniently located just 1 mile outside Appleton City. You can experience the country but are still close to town. We have bedrooms upstairs so the kids can have their own space. We have basketball and other outdoor sports for kids. Wifi is available. We are close to the ballfield, tennis court and swimming pool. There is plenty of parking space. We also have a small firepit available. Plenty of room to sit and relax outside and enjoy the country.

Just five miles from town, right off the blacktop, and three miles from Interstate 49. The top level is a 1900 farmhouse that has been renovated and could have another group staying in it. The walk-out basement is two years old and ready for you to have a relaxing, memorable get-away.

Truman Lake Cabin Super Clean "Private" Getaway!

Quiet serene location! Our personal cabin is located just 400 yards from Truman Lake. Short walk to the cove for wildlife viewing or Higgins' Landing boat launch is just across the highway, and has plenty of parking for vehicle/s, boat trailer, and great bank fishing. Clinton and Warsaw are a 30 min drive, and Iconium is a 12 min drive. Don't forget to look around in the lake feeder creeks, lot's of arrowheads in the area. We now have super fast WI-FI!
