There's no access to the downstairs. You can also relax on the front porch or back deck overlooking 9 wooded acres.

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, The Pierce Farmhouse was built in 1870 as a wedding gift for a son. We have owned it for 20 years and have made another set of renovations to bring it back to its original charm and character while making it more comfortable with modern amenities. This comfy 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath cottage has been completely renovated in 2020. In the main house there are 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths + living room, kitchen, and spacious back patio. Access to bunkhouse with bunkbeds + trundle + full bathroom is available for an additional $50 per night by messaging when you reserve. 4 block walk to DT Watkinsville. 6 mi. to Sanford Stadium: this is the perfect location for rest & relaxation.
