To get to the property, it is best to have an SUV or Truck to ensure you cross the few creeks along the way but you are able to drive through with a car most of the time. Our 45 acre farm is only 3 miles from Fordland and 25 miles from Springfield, MO. There are many hiking trails, creeks, rivers and lakes in the area.

Small farmhouse, private fenced and gated yard, on a tiny farm on a gravel road. Host next door has dwarf goats, chickens, ducks, guineas (1 pair regularly visits/patrols the guesthouse yard), turkeys, a goose, and a couple of LGDs. The Ozark Hideaway is on 90 wooded acres 8 mi from Gainesville, MO (home of Hootin-n-Hollerin) in Ozark County on a well-maintained gravel road. Wildlife abounds as you hike the marked trails or warm by the fire pit. The cozy living room offers a gas fireplace. Sleeping space includes a queen bed in the beautifully furnished bedroom, a couch in the living room, and a twin bed in the loft. There is a fully-equipped kitchen. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower & washer/dryer.
