As you pull into the driveway this 1885 Victorian towers above you, your mouth drops in awe of the size. Up the porch to enter a small front door, a dimly lit winding staircase creaks as you ascend to 3rd floor. Original architecture painted many times over oozes with history. 70 years ago the house was turned into apartments, unloved for many of those years, time has definately taken its tole, yet to the spirits within, their big old house still stands proud and distinguished in all its glory.

Bruce Trail access is just around the corner, and the towns of Meaford and Owen Sound are a short scenic drive away.

This two bedroom cottage can sleep 6. The cottage has a deck with a view to Balm Beach, and a BBQ grill. There is a full kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, stove, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and all of the dishware, silverware and cooking utensils that your family may need. The large yard provides some sun, shade and offers plenty of room for kids to play. There is also a fire pit to enjoy. A perfect location for your family visit to Balm Beach. No pets allowed. Non-smoking.

Rental Licence Number: STRTT-2026-074 Welcome to our Cozy Cottage in Balm Beach, just a short 4 minute walk to the sandy beaches of Georgian Bay. Recently renovated for a family friendly getaway, the cottage has 3 bedrooms, a study, washer, dryer, gas BBQ and fire pit. Due to the local township rental guidelines, there is a 5 night minimum from April 15 through October 15. Check in from 3pm and check out at 11am. If you have any questions we’ll be happy to help!
