The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's very well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill and there are regular buses recommended for your return back up to Combe Down village. Sit out in the kitchen garden with fruit trees trained up trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Nisa and Deli are a short walk away in the village.

The perfect base for visiting the West Country.

Pipehouse is ideal to discover Bath, the Cotswolds, Oxford, Longleat, Stonehenge, Salisbury, Stourhead, Wells and Cheddar. There is charging for Electric cars about 1 mile away at Flourish Farm Shop Farleigh Road Norton St Philip (Just off the A36). My husband is a qualified instructor and offers clay pigeon shooting. Chatley Studio won an award for its unique architecture. It has great views and is perfect for art and culture. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. It is close to Bath and much more. The Studio is at the bottom of my garden with amazing views of the countryside and the White Horse at Westbury. If you are lucky, you will see some sheep.
