We named our place "What A View" because those will be the words out of your mouth when you walk through the front door. The beauty of the lake is captivating and it creates an atmosphere of rest and relaxation that we know you will enjoy. With four bedrooms and two large living areas, we specialize in hosting large families, but our primary bedroom and it's incredible view make it a great getaway for couples as well. We welcome you to make some special memories at our refuge on Broadway Lake.

Come visit our cute, quaint home located a vast piece of land just minutes from Broadway Lake access where you can cast a line or go for a swim. Spend your time away by our fire pit, grilling on the porch, or simply watching the sunset and occasional deer sightings from covered deck. This property gives you that country feel with all the modern day amenities and more. 40 min to Greenville, 28 min to Clemson, and 10 min to Downtown & Anderson University and 7 minutes from Pine Lake Golf Course.

Enjoy a stylish comfy experience at this lovely private suite w/king bed. Located in the Linley Park Historic District of Anderson, SC. One block from acres of green space, walking paths, playground, and shopping. Enter the gated courtyard with an inviting covered porch and lush outdoor space. There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

Enjoy walking out to the large covered patio with a tv and fire pit perfect for entertaining or unwinding after a long day of activities.

Quiet, peaceful & secluded, Serenity Lane Cottage is the perfect place to call home away from home! Built new in Fall of 2019! It is located next door to Erskine college. We have added a side patio with a charcoal grill and dining table! Your own private lane and parking, full kitchen, coffee maker & coffee, laundry facilities, and dishwasher make staying with us relaxing and enjoyable! Our location says Donald’s but we are actually on the outside of Due West and Erskine College.
