The entire living sphere, the outer shell as well as the interior, is made from a single piece of glass fiber reinforced plastic. During the renovation, special attention was paid to preserving or restoring the original condition and charm. The BANGA is therefore not comparable to a newly built apartment with new furniture. The offer is therefore aimed in particular at architecture and design lovers who are looking for, appreciate and love special and individual accommodation in Berlin. Or at roof terrace fans who like to spend time outdoors and are looking for the freedom above the city that is often no longer found in the hustle and bustle down there... The water in the BANGA is turned off in winter and a nasty siberian wind blows on the roof terrace. It's a shame, because polar explorers who stayed at home could study the clear starry sky and drink mulled wine by the campfire with their pointed cap and mittens pulled down deep over their eyes and enjoy the view of the wintry, ideally snow-covered city... it's best to reserve a place now for a warm summer evening with an unforgettable view for next year...

Tinyhouse am Berliner Stadtrand

Ein Mix aus Bauwagen und Tinyhouse, riesen Garten, mitten im Dorf... 100 m bis zum See...und ruckzuck in Berlin. Ich bau hier alles selber aus...also alles mit Liebe gemacht...aber ab und zu etwas krumm :) Ich wohne normalerweise selber im Tinyhouse, sind Gäste da, bin ich im Zirkuswagen im Garten oder unterwegs... Der Ort ist perfekt für Hundebesitzer, See und Wald sind vor der Tür...bei Stadtausflügen kann ich professionelle Hundebetreuung anbieten...(hatte vorher eine Hundepension).

Mein Zuhause ist eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung, die zentral gelegen ist und vor 5 Jahren komplett renoviert wurde. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet inkl. Waschmaschine, Spühlmaschine, Ofen, Mikrowelle, weiteren Küchengeräten uvm. Sie liegt an einem Park mit Teich und hat den ganzen Tag Sonne, was sie noch schöner und heller macht! Den Sonnenuntergang sieht man täglich wunderschön vom Wohnzimmer & Balkon aus. Vor kurzem haben wir für das Wohnzimmer einen neuen TV und Teppich gekauft.
