A rural stay just 4 miles from the increasingly popular town of St. James. On the farm, you’ll enjoy gorgeous sunsets by the firepit, view the cattle grazing just feet away, and get cozy inside the newly furnished Cottage. Well known for its award winning wineries and dining, STJ also offers various specialty shops and lets not forget the gorgeous Meramec Springs and surrounding rivers. Step into the quiet serenity of this forest acreage. Cottage of the Woods is a place to relax and refresh with the simple joys of being close up to nature. The cottage is a fully equipped tiny-home with everything you need to relax in peaceful and quiet. Through the abundant windows nature puts on a daily display that welcome you to share their home. It is very private, located 3.7 miles from the town of Linn. Please note that there is a steep hill plus our driveway is not trailer friendly

Secluded "Heaven": soaker tub, sauna, sunset view

"Heaven" ( 1,512 sq ft, 7 ac) sits on a bluff overlooking the Osage river. An open home with huge full length windows and a sun room. Two porches offer views over the river and to the woods. A soaker tub and sauna are situated in the cabin with a view to the sunset. The cabin is at the end of a secluded forest road. A locked garage is available for small cars. Drive: 15-20 min to Linn for supplies / 30 min to Jeff City / 5 min to public river access. Regretfully no kids under 12 or pets.

It overlooks a pond, that can be fished, a walking trail around the 10-acre property that cuts through open land and woods. It also offers breath taking sunsets, sunrises, star light night, and tons of different types of wildlife. Just minutes away from Linn, the Osage River and Missouri River. The just 15 minutes from Jefferson City, and 30 minutes from Hermann, MO.

Restful Rustic Comfy Cabin.

Sweet little cabin by a little pond at the edge of the woods. Large sunny windows, real bed, (with room to bed a child or two down on the floor) tea pot, easy chair, composting toilet, AC, WiFi, hiking trails. There's no shower in the Cabin. Our water is from a deep well, tested, certified ... and delicious! There is an above ground pool, trampoline, and a trail down the hill Very child friendly. We maintain a fragrance-free facility, so no air "fresheners".

Centrally located house 5-minutes from the Missouri State Capitol. Spacious home with 4 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Great outside space in the front patio and back porch. In the winter months there is a nice fireplace to keep cozy in the spacious living room. There is a working washer and dryer available as well. Plenty of space for eating with a table and a breakfast bar table.
