The place is nestled into one of the last Virgin stands of 100' hemlocks left in the state, part of the Van Vliet Hemlock States Natural Area. The area is great for hiking, biking and any outdoor activity you can think of.

In addition to the 2 bedrooms there is a loft (reachable by ladder) which has 5 additional beds. The Guest Cabin also has a fireplace and large screened porch facing the lake. The Guest Cabin is one of 3 cabins situated on 320 acres of family property known as Singwakiki with hiking trails and 1 mile from paved bike trails.

We made great efforts to restore the character of our cottage by salvaging and refinishing much or the original woodwork, while modernizing some features for a comfortable experience! This home was completely remodeled in 2017 with a new kitchen, baths, flooring, etc. It is located at the end of peninsula, creating a private setting with north and west views of the lake. There is a sandy frontage, great for swimming, fishing and boating. Centrally located between Minocqua and Boulder Junction. Room Tax is now being collected directly thru Airbnb at 6.75% and remitted to the Town of Boulder Junction.
