Lovely apartment for two in Volosko

The apartment is located in the beautiful fishing village, in the center of the old town Volosko, right by the sea. It is only meters away from the beginning (or the end) of the Opatija's famous Lungomare, a 12 km long by-the-sea walking path spread between several towns along the coast line. The center of Opatija is only 1km away (15 min. walk). The apartment consists of a kitchen, room and shower / WC. There is a stove with two electric hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and a dining table in the kitchen. The room is equipped with a king size bed, 180x200. The bathroom has a washing machine. The apartment is air conditioned and has a cable TV. It also has a beautiful view of the little harbor which is often used as a place for painting exhibitions, guitar concerts, choral singing, etc. If you are more into exploring local food and cuisine, Volosko restaurants are ranked among the best in the country. You are very welcome to explore the magic of the old Mediterranean fishermen town! In 1889 the town took the first step towards establishing itself as a recognised wellness holiday centre. This was the year when Opatija officially gained the status of a royal health resort within the Austro-Hungarian Empire and was designated a Kurort (Spa Resort). This German word specifically signifies that a region is particulary suitable for medical treatments related to well-being and wellness because of the presence of natural remedies within the area's soil, water or climate. The most interesting season, according to the views of the time, lasted from early autumn to late spring. The city's mild climate makes the region an enjoyable stay all year round. Between the end of the 19th century and the early 20th century, the town established itself as a seaside health resort. Five public sea baths were opened, Tomaševac in the city center and Crnikovica, along the Volosko coast, are still in use. ---------------------------------------------

The apartment is located in the heart of Opatija in an old Villa. Right next to all the beaches and parks. The main beach of Opatija is only 50 meters away. Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars. The best location. Apartment is well acquiped with everything (air conditions, etc..) Parking is secured for one vehicle, right next to the apartment.

Apartment is located in a picturesque fishing village Volosko. It is a walking distance from the nearest beach (literally 2 minutes) that is very suitable for small children as well as grown ups. Volosko has a beautiful port, many restaurants, bars and galleries. Volosko is also the start of a great walking area by the sea - the Promenade of king Francis Joseph I. Habsburg (Lungomare - 12 km) that is filled with numerous beaches.
