This four-bedroom apartment (140 m2) is located on the ground floor of the villa within the Seherezada housing complex. It has an open plan living furnished with a sofa (2p bed), TV, aircon, fireplace, large dining table and an oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer in the kitchen. Each of the four bedrooms has a queen size bed (160/200 cm). The bathroom is featured with a jacuzzi bathtub but there is also a separate shower room and a separate toilette. The pool can be accessed directly from the living area and additional garden furniture and a barbeque are provided under the cool, shaded balcony (20m2). Free Internet and parking are available. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Seherezada housing complex consists of one villa and two additional houses located in a quiet and peaceful area away from traffic noise, with a large 5000m2 yard surrounded by beautiful, wild and unspoiled nature, ideal for relaxation. Available within the complex is a gym, a basketball/volleyball court and children's playground, an outside kitchen with a possibility of ordering breakfast and other meals. Also, the complex has a big swimming pool with sea water and a closed heated spa.
