The house is located very close to a popular marina that offers boat and cart rentals.

The living space extends to the deck, overlooking the lake, with additional seating & gas grill. There are queen beds in 2 of the bedrooms; 2 full beds in the third. Washer/dryer are available for your use. The condo is a one-floor unit, with 3 parking spaces (one at the front door; 2 in the rear). There are 3 stairs at the front.

There is a small kitchen with coffee pot ,microwave, and sink, and a fridge for your beverages and food . There is plenty of free parking for your truck and boat .

Renting one floor allows you to enjoy all the amenities with a smaller group for a cheaper price and maintains privacy, as we will only rent one floor at a time!
