River Home Retreat

Unwind in this modern riverfront retreat, conveniently located near the airport yet just 15 minutes to beautiful downtown GR. Your 1200 sqft river-level suite features secured access, 2 bedrooms, a big TV, laundry, & exercise room. Your hosts reside on the upper level with their friendly mini golden doodle, Izzy. Included is a kitchenette with Keurig, fridge, microwave, & toaster oven. Outside, enjoy our kayaks, paddleboard, firepit, hot tub, or simply relax by the river and soak it all in!

Cozy Suite 10 min to Grand Rapids, 1 mi to Tanger

The Suite is a cozy place to rest from your travels or stay while you visit family/friends. Away from the bustle of downtown, yet only a 10 minute drive to all the venues in the Grand Rapids downtown area. It’s a small but well stocked suite , self contained space in the front of our home. Tanger Outlet is 1 mile away for convenient shopping. There are a number of restaurants close to choose from. Continental breakfast provided ( plant based) hot/cold cereal, bread, fruit, coffee bar.

Close to Downtown Grand Rapids and 2 miles from charming East Grand Rapids on a private 2 acre estate.. added to the estate in the 1950’s.It is comfortable with current day amenities . You’ll love my place because of It's proximity to fine dining, entertainment, convention center, Spectrum Health, Van Andel Arena, and Frederick Meijer Gardens. It offers a quaint feel with outdoor space and privacy. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and pets.

Tiny House In the City

**Important to note: we are currently undergoing an exterior landscape renovation to be complete late Spring of 2026.** Welcome to our tiny home! In 2019 my husband and I set out to renovate this old pool house into a self-sustainable apartment or tiny home in our backyard. As you can imagine… things did not turn out the way we intended and construction was completed in the fall of 2020! The amenities are not lacking within the space and we know you will feel at home!

The Coop at Vintage Grove Family Farm

Welcome! This charming little house is a repurposed chicken coop on the farm. Enjoy the quiet, country life with all the comforts from home. The Coop is located between the main house and the large barn on a small hobby farm. This is a working farm with large and small animals, however, there are no hens in the guest house! During your stay, you are welcome to wander through the barn and visit all the animals. We do not have a TV, however, the internet works great!

Spacious and immaculate home in Easttown!

Welcome to your private, spacious home in East Hills! Whole house privacy! Walking distance to two espresso bars, bakeries, cupcake shop, restaurants, wine bar, and 1 block to the Grand Rapids Farmer's Market. Central air, Nectar mattresses, fresh linens and fluffy pillows! Quiet neighborhood, easy parking and minutes from downtown GR! We are local, so if you need anything we are just 12 minutes away. And we don't ask you to clean anything when you leave! :)

The Amberg House - a Frank Lloyd Wright Original

Staying in a house designed by Frank Lloyd Wright is a bucket list item for fans of America's most acclaimed architect. The Amberg House was completed in 1911 at the pinnacle of Wright's Prairie Style influence. Though every Wright home is special, the Amberg House is a unique collaboration between Wright and Marion Mahony. Mahony worked with Wright from 1896 until 1909. A graduate of MIT, she was the first woman to be licensed as an architect in the US.

Steeped in nature, the gazebo provides a get away into nature, with its double bed and intimate sized room this is a wonderful space for 2 to be immersed in a peaceful environment. Whether you came here to rest & revive or to explore there is plenty to be had! The gazebo has a nearby compostable toliet (shared with other guests), and just a 1 minute walk on a path in the woods to the main house (where the full bathroom is that can be used 9am-8pm).
