Cozy Mountain Cottage

Nestled in the Summer Hill gated community at Lake Glenville, the main level has an open living area with a large sectional couch, breakfast bar off the kitchen, and dining area. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a TV. The loft functions as a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a pull-out trundle. The sleeping areas have separate entrances to a shared bathroom. There is an upper and lower deck, gas and wood burning fire pits, charcoal grill, Green Egg, and a hammock to hang outdoors.

At 4,100 feet we have hiking, zip lining and waterfalls,romantic winters and summers with temps in the 70's - low 80's. You’ll love this place because of the coziness, warmth and charm of a classic mountain log cabin with all the modern comforts. 245 square foot tiny house located in Glenville, NC! 2.5 miles from public access to Lake Glenville, 5 miles from Cashiers, and 1.5 miles from Sawyer Family Farmstead. We are less than 30 minutes to Highlands and Western Carolina University. Vaulted ceilings give an airy feel to the small footprint of the cabin. The bedroom is cozy with a queen bed and original artwork by my husband. The kitchen has a tiny stove, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker.
