This quiet neighborhood is easily accessible to some of Grand Island's best amenities including a 10 min WALK to Fonner Park, a 14 min WALK to Island Oasis Water Park, and a 5 min drive to downtown shops and restaurants. There are two Fire TV's to watch your favorite streaming shows. Other amenities include a washer/dryer, a fenced in backyard for your pets, a BBQ grill, and one secure parking space in the attached garage.

The Cottage

Coziest place in town This is a tiny home tucked away in the heart of Aurora. within walking distance to our wonderful square in the center of town. This home is a perfect place for you to stay during your visit to Aurora. The house can sleep 4 individuals however it would best suited for 2 children and 2 adults if reaching the maximum of 4 individuals. Bluestem Corner Staytion

This unique place has a style all its own. Being the home of a former corner gas/service station, we remodeled the inside to make it quaint, comfortable, and entertaining for a passer through or visitor of the small town of Palmer. Local Wineries, the State Fair, Crane Watching and so much more are within 30 minutes of our unique destination.
