C'est aujourd'hui un gite de charme d'une surface d'environ 55m2, très confortable, décoré avec goût pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. Bel appartement indépendant et balcon proche plage

Logement propre, paisible et proche (2 minutes à pieds) de la plage de Lutry. Il est à 600 m de la gare CFF, et 270 m de l'arrêt de bus "Corniche", et à 700 m (8min) du centre de Lutry, à 4 min (300m) du centre commercial Coop Il y a un balcon (5m2) donnant sur le Lavaux, les Préalpes et un bout du lac. Il n'y a pas de place de parc disponible autour de l'immeuble (déchargement possible). Je pourrais vous prêter un vélo si vous le désirez.
