Off the beaten path, approximately 1 mile down a bumpy dirty road you will find a hidden gem. At the edge of the Ozarks in the heart of green country is a small cottage located on a beautiful one acre spring feed pond. You can see the spring gushing out of the hillside. Our cottage is small, cozy, and very relaxing. Whether you are kicking back watching the tube or paddling around the pond you will feel right at home and may not want to leave. Plenty of parking available. This adorable space is 400 sq ft with a loft and a room divider is provided for added privacy. The loft has a TV, queen size bed, twin size bed, seating and bedding. Lake Fayetteville and hiking and biking trails 3 miles. 1 mile from Arkansas Children’s Hospital and Arvest Ball park 3 miles to Washington Regional Hospital and Tyson’s World Headquarters. The Owl's Nest is equipped with everything you need, from a furnished kitchen with fridge, burner, and microwave, to a large deck with a hot tub, firepit, and comfy chairs. Our Hillside Cabin is a renovated 900 Sq Ft A-Frame rustic cabin overlooking the Needmore Ranch that meanders along the scenic Illinois River. Sitting approximately 1/2 mile from the banks of the river on 400+ acres of private property, this beautiful property is perfect for hiking, fishing, viewing wildlife, or just relaxing around the outdoor firepit. Reconnect with nature, and hike or drive down through our property to access the river or fish from our nearby ponds.

Beautiful custom built multi level cabin in the trees overlooking crystal clear scenic Waterway Flint Creek. While you’re sitting on the deck or on the swinging bed watching the Eagles fly or the river otters scamper about. A family of deer may slowly meander right underneath you clueless that you are 25 feet overhead! It’s a Treehouse. The Lower level has a hot tub and an area to just relax and visit while playing games with your family or loved one.
