'Grace Place' Clark House on Farm: Shared Hot Tub!

Unwind and unplug at ‘Grace Place,’ a cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom barnhouse in Clark. You can truly take a step back from city life at this charming vacation rental located on a working farm, complete with chickens. Spend your day sipping to your heart’s content at a local winery, hiking through the Finger Lakes State Park, or relaxing and breathing in the fresh air at the beautiful shared pool overlooking the surrounding forest. By the time you leave, you’ll be feeling refreshed and replenished.

The Bunk House

The Bunk House is an 8 by 12 foot shed with 3-4 bunks. There is a twin sized bed across the back, a bunk sized bed on each side and a plank to pull out to accommodate a fourth person in the middle over the walkway. With this adaptation, you have an 8 by 10 foot bed. We provide foam mattresses, sheets, blankets and pillows. There is an air-conditioner and a heater. Bucket toilet behind the bunkhouse. Fire ring available. No pets. The water is from our deep well - tested, certified and delicious!

The mancave comes with a full size bedroom with television upstairs, futon, full bath, kitchen/bar/living room area. There are four smart TVs including one one on the patio. You can choose to sit and watch TV from the hot tub or inside. Seasonal pool will be ready by memorial day and thru September.
