Enjoy a stay in our quaint suite attached to our circa 1870 home with private entrance. The entrance brings guests into the front room, which has a full-sized bed, sofa and TV and is connected to a full kitchen. A private bedroom includes a full-sized bed, a second sofa and a desk. The covered front porch faces beautiful South Main Street. Conveniently located in downtown within a block of the courthouse and downtown attractions. 9th Street Brew is a popular coffee house across the street.

Welcome to Sylvan Lake in Rome City, IN. Sylvan Lake is an all season ski lake wonderful for all boating, fishing, skiing, tubing, wave runners and even a swim from the dock. You have 60 feet of lake front with two docks to bring your lake toys or rent a pontoon for the day/weekend or week. Full size kitchen, laundry, two big smart tv's with cable and wifi. Small shed for storage, large deck, canoe for 3, fire pit & gas grill. Wedding, family, golfing or weekend away? Lakeside Sylvan!

Drive down a peaceful 1/2-mile lane to a country home surrounded by nature in a secluded escape. The large home has a wraparound porch. The picturesque home boasted charming country views, a large deck and front porch, 20 mins to Fort Wayne, but far enough to be a vacation home. Please pay attention to the thermostat. If it reads an error and red, notify me. The geothermal will need to be serviced or fixed. Do not wait to tell me if it does show and error in red.

Welcome to the little stone cottage on beautiful Sylvan Lake. We are located in Rome City, IN. This adorable house, originally built in 1930, was remodeled and completely renovated in 2018. The updated kitchen features tiled backsplash, gas range, oven, and fridge. There is a microwave and Keurig for your convenience. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a small wardrobe for hanging clothes, and a dresser. The bathroom features a tiled shower.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Nestled among the trees, it provides a quiet getaway from the chaos of life allowing you to recharge and renew. The main residence is approximately 400 feet from the cabin. The cabin is secluded and yet close to local attractions, restaurants, biking and nature trails. The Cabin has a total of 420 sq ft living space with 280 sq ft on the ground floor and a 140 sq ft bedroom loft.
