Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Prima 12 osoba (maksimalno 8 odraslih osoba i 4 djece) u 4 spavaće sobe s vlastitim kupaonicama (3 dvokrevetne spavaće sobe s vlastitom kupaonicom i 1 spavaća soba s vlastitom kupaonicom i dva povezana kreveta na kat). Gosti mogu uživati u potpuno opremljenoj unutarnjoj i vanjskoj kuhinji, dnevnom boravku, unutarnjoj sauni, vanjskom jacuzziju, vanjskom grijanom bazenu sa sunčalištem.
