Der Hierholzer Weiher ist Lebensraum für Libellen, Wasserinsekten, Laichplatz zahlreicher Kröten und Frösche sowie sommerlicher Treffpunkt und Naturbadeplatz für Einheimische und deren Gäste. Der grosse Dachüberstand in Richtung Weiher stellt zusätzlichen Aufenthaltsraum zum ebenerdigen 34m² Studio zur Verfügung. Das Grundstück mit 1.000m² Westhang ist sonnenverwöhnt. In Richtung Süden besteht aus dem Atrium mit Granitfelsen super Alpensicht. Wir versorgen dich mit PV-Strom und Batteriespeicher.

Gönn dir eine Pause und entspanne dich in unserer ruhig gelegenen Dachgeschosswohnung. Das Haus steht in Wilfingen, einem südlich gelegenen Ortsteil von Dachsberg. Der Ort liegt auf ca. 750m ü.M. wodurch du besonders bei schönem Wetter, das Alpenpanorama genießen kannst. Weiterhin findest du im schönen Schwarzwald tolle Wanderwege, Fahrrad- oder Motorradtouren. Erlebe den ursprünglichen, kontrastreichen und entspannenden Naturpark Südschwarzwald aus dem schönen Dachsberg heraus.

Approx. 85 m² apartment, completely refurnished and renovated in 2020. The second bed is a folding bed that can be placed in the bedroom or living room. Directly in front of the living room there is a terrace, in addition a large garden can also be used. Directly on the hiking trail "Albsteig". Schluchsee, Titisee and Feldberg about 30-40 km away, border crossing to Switzerland about 7 km. Own car required, as there is no shopping facility in the village (about 4 km away).

It accommodates up to 5 people and is ideal for nature enthusiasts and hiking lovers. The balcony and garden, featuring a fire pit and pergola, invite you to relax. A special highlight is the bookable hot tub, perfect for unwinding after hikes, especially in winter. The cozy furnishings make the apartment a true haven of comfort!
