This is a spacious apartment, the lower/first level of a 3-level house. It is a peaceful place at the end of a woodsy, country lane, not far from two state parks, five lakes, wine trail, Southern Illinois University and other interesting features of this area. The 1st level apartment is large, sleep six, has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms, living room/bedroom with a pull-out queen bed, a full bath, and a utility room, 2 exterior doors, one to a patio with a fire pit.

Four friends have joined forces to create this cozy space for you to feel right at home in. We've made the space fun, with each bedroom having a unique theme. Our coffee bar also offers a variety of mugs, so each person can pick their favorite. We had your comfort in mind when we selected new queen mattresses, soft bedding, and plush towels. The couch and extra seating are very comfy. For our likeminded germaphobe friends, we chose light bedding to ensure utmost cleanliness.
