Recently renovated and very comfortable we offer three bedrooms - the main Queen Bedroom upstairs has air conditioning, tv and an ensuite whilst downstairs is the Queen Bedroom and Twin Bedroom with the shared bathroom. There is also a separate toilet upstairs. Other areas to enjoy are the Lounge, Dining Room, BBQ, reading retreat & deck.

200m walk to quiet beach, beautiful area surrounded by wildlife & 15mn drive into town, 5mn drive to local shops. Public transport is limited so having a car is recommended, bus stop is 200m away. Parking is on the street unless you have a 4WD where you can park on the grass in front of the flat. The property is fully fenced & the front yard fits a jet ski or box trailer. We live in the rear house, family of 4 with school aged children. The flat has its on separate entrance.

The sliding door leads out onto the private courtyard with outdoor furniture. The magnesium mineral pool feels silky and smooth on your skin and can help ease your aches and pains, a great way to relax and unwind. The pool is a shared space. There is also another outdoor area next to the pool to relax or have a barbeque.

Located in the beautiful coastal town of Hervey Bay next to K'gari (Fraser Island), the worlds largest sand island. 4 bedroom newly built house. A kids bedroom with 2 King single beds is available if required. Unlimited WiFi available. Smart TV. Double garage parking +driveway and street parking for large boats/caravans. No pool. ONLY 1 set of visitors- totally private! No sharing with anyone.
