Small town feel close to the Mississippi, but less than 10 minutes to downtown. Perfect for MVP fair week, Bix, Farmers Market, River Bandits, Credit Island visit, and much more. We are 5 min off I-280 / I-74 near Augustana College, John Deere, Rock Island Arsenal, etc. Cozy apartment with kitchen w/dining, large private bathroom, family room w/dining area, couch/hide-a-bed and futon, large bedroom and a 2nd bedroom/workout room. Free parking in our driveway and high speed internet.
