Studio shares a wall with the main house but we are a quiet family so noise should not be an issue. New appliances and smart TV. Water softener and filter system throughout.

Nestled among the oaks with stunning canyon views, our 14x16 foot canvas tent sits on a 28 foot redwood deck. Pool Ranch is located midway between Downtown Santa Barbara and UCSB, the studio is very close to the Bike Path, 3 golf courses, restaurants, and shopping. Across the street is the Modoc Nature Preserve and Obern Bike Trail. Hendry's beach is a short 7 minute drive or one can take the scenic route through Hope Ranch. The studio is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families (with kids).
