This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom tiny home close to downtown Eau Claire is cozy, stylish, and has everything you need! Make yourself at home in our tiny boho-chic oasis. If you want to be in the heart of Eau Claire, this is the place for you! We're located less than 5 minutes from downtown, bars, restaurants, shopping, and all amenities. We're pet-friendly, but please note that we charge a $25 pet fee per pet.

The Davis Historic Eau Claire Home

The Davis unit is within one mile of Downtown Eau Claire's shops, restaurants, and bars. It's also a 10 minute drive to the music festival grounds (Eaux Claires, Blue Ox, Country Jam) and a 5 minute drive to the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. This newly remodeled apartment is full of character and amenities including a small private patio. We have a gas grill available upon request.
