Welcome to your new home, 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom house - Vila Grad Bled :) Close to everything, but in peacefully area. It will take you 3 minutes walk to old center of Bled, 6 minutes walk to lake Bled, a few minutes walk to Bled castle. There are some bikes free of charge to get to Bled's favourite attractions even faster and more enjoyable :) (bikes are not new) In front of house are 3 parking spaces.. Just cross the road and there is a big kids playground, you can watch them from house :)

Das kleine Ferienhäuschen befindet sich am Fuße des Singerbergs (Wanderung ca. 1 h) im kleinem Bergdorf Windisch Bleiberg mitten in den Karawanken auf 900 Höhenmetern. Das Haus liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage und doch mitten im Alpe-Adria Raum. 1,5 Stunden Autofahrt zur slowenischen Küste Istrien, 50 Minuten zur Hauptstadt Sloweniens, Ljubljana und nicht zu vergessen die vielen Kärntner Seen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Häuschen ist nur für 2 Personen ausgestattet und max. 1 Haustier (!keine Kinder)

Our house is located in Triglav National Park at the edge of a little village on the hillside of Pokljuka plateau, with beautiful views on the Bohinj valley. The house is comfortably equipped in rustic style and offers peaceful accommodation in pure nature. There are many possibilities for pleasant walks around the village. Nearby are many starting points for hikes in the beautiful mountains of Julian Alps. It is also close to turistic centers of Bohinj (10 km) and Bled (25 km).

Meine Unterkunft befindet sich in der Nähe von Klagenfurt (8 km) und dem Wörthersee (5 km). Sie ist direkt am Rauschelesee, einem kleinen im Landschaftsschutzgebiet liegenden warmen Badesee gelegen. Zum Flughafen Klagenfurt sind es ca. 14 km. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben, wenn du das Ursprüngliche suchst, Naturnähe bevorzugst, es liebst am Wasser zu wohnen und Freude an der Begegnung mit weltoffenen Menschen hast.

Ferienhaus in Alleinlage und mit toller Aussicht

Das Ferienhaus mit Garten steht in idyllischer Lage auf 845 m Seehöhe in der Gemeinde Liebenfels, ca. 20 km von Klagenfur entfernt. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Panoramablick auf die Karawanken sowie das gesamte Glantal. Die Lage eignet sich perfekt für Wanderungen in der Natur und zum Schwimmen in umliegenden Seen. Einige Skigebiete befinden sich 40-60 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus hat ca. 60 m² und verfügt auch über eine Sauna.

My cozy, family-friendly home is located on the outskirts of Klagenfurt, in a pleasant proximity to the city but still beautifully in the countryside. The 60m ² apartment includes an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a comfortable couch (extendable as a sofa bed), a fully air-conditioned bedroom with a large bed and a bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer. Of course there is also free WiFi available

Designer Riverfront Cottage

Enjoy the serenity of nature in our unique tiny home, just 20’ from Bled. Fall asleep with the murmur of the passing river, sunbathe on our wooden terrace right on the riverbank and take a dip in the outdoor viking tub in all seasons. Equipped for indoor and outdoor cooking, our charming house is hospitable to small and big humans alike, including a modular sauna, private beach and an outdoor cinema!

Diese schöne Landhausstil Villa liegt nur 5 Autominuten nach Klagenfurt am Wörthersee. Viele Kärntner Sehenswürdigkeiten, Berge und Seen sind in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Das Haus selbst liegt in einer absoluten Ruhelage direkt am Wald und eignet sich hervorragend zum relaxen und erholen. Ab Mitte September kommt noch ein 4 Schlafzimmer dazu, dann können bis zu 9 Personen in diesem Haus nächtigen.
