Sibbe is unique because of the many limestone buildings and the last remaining underground quarry for the extraction of limestone for construction. Shopping in Burgundian Maastricht or just enjoying one of it's great terraces, it's just a 15 minutes drive from Sibbe. Valkenburg is within walking distance which is perfect for a nice night out fun. Also a visit to Thermae 2000 (spa on the Cauberg) from Casa Sibbe is very easy to achieve. A day with the kids at Amusement Park De Valkenier or the indoor swimmingpool the Polfermolen. It is all nearby. 50 mt. of the house is the entrance to the marl caves (ASP), which via a spiral staircase descends to 50 mt. Tip: book in advance. Walkers can pick it up here. From the property one walks directly into nature. The house is also ideally located for a visit to Belgium or Germany. And for cyclists / bikers an ideal place at the top of the Daelhemerweg.and near the Cauberg. Kitchen is fully equipped with all needed kitchen utensils, a large Smeg cooker (5 gas burners) with oven, a large Bosch fridge / freezer and a dishwasher. From the kitchen the garden is accesible and in the scullery you find a washing machine, dryer and microwave. The beautiful bathroom of 15 m2 is on 1st floor and has a lovely bath to relax, separate shower, large washbasin and a toilet. Downstairs there is a separate toilet. Bedroom 1 (25m2) is located on the 1st floor. Elegantan „boutique” apartman u kojem možete uživati u predivnom boravku u Mastrihtu. Prostrana kuhinja i dnevni boravak pružaju mnogo udobnosti. Postoje dve spavaće sobe, svaka sa bračnim krevetom. Pored toga, postoje dva kupatila sa tušem. Apartman je veoma povoljno pozicioniran u odnosu na MECC (5 minuta / automobil), Univerzitet u Mastrihtu (5 minuta) i stari grad Mastrihta je na pešačkoj udaljenosti. Parking je moguć ispred vrata uz doplatu (8,10 po danu)

Postoji natkrivena koliba za bicikle. Ingber se nalazi u srcu Heuvellanda, sa pješačkim i biciklističkim stazama. 200 metara dalje, vozite se autobusom do Mastrihta ili Ahena. Naše životinje ( pas, mačka, konji, magarci, kokoške i pijetao) vam žele dobrodošlicu. Kućni ljubimci stoga nijesu poželjni.

Međutim, ukoliko želite da posetite gradove Mastriht je udaljen 9 km, Valkenburg 9 km, Ahen i Ličge u krugu od 25 km. Huuske je ruralno u malom selu, tako da za prodavnice i slično morate biti udaljeni 3 do 4 km.
