This 2 BR luxury suite is located in a $1.5M home on the lower level with a private entrance, patio, large deck, and ample parking. This is a large private unit (~1500 sq. ft.) located on 2 acres in a rural setting, but minutes to restaurants and I-25 & Lincoln Ave. There is a private pickleball court on the property available upon request. We frequently host guests visiting Denver, Colorado Springs, and the acclaimed IVF facility in nearby Lone Tree. Guests find this a very desirable property.

Sunrise Studio

Enjoy amazing sunrise and moonrise views. At the Sunrise Studio you will soundly sleep on a cozy queen bed. Also offer a single couch & air mattress for extra sleep. Full bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Kitchen includes cooktop grill/griddle, sink, air fryer, toaster/convection oven microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. Full Laundry with washer & dryer. Studio is heated by electric heat or a wood stove and cooled with AC. There is also a small outdoor space with a fire pit. Enjoy!

This unique place has a style all its own! Immaculate, 750 sq ft bright apartment, attached to house but has it's own private entrance! Walk into a livingroom & kitchenette, down a hallway to a bathroom & then a full size bedroom. LR/ Kitchen has-cable TV, granite countertops, full size refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave, toaster oven & a snack basket! The bedroom has a queen size bed and a walk in closet.
