Close to Main Street & restaurants (< 10 minute walk) & the hot springs pool (<15 minute walk).There are 2 tvs & Dish hoppers. There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

Yeti Summit is a separate unit behind the main house in a peaceful neighborhood, just two miles from Ouray. This charming space offers a private deck, hot tub, kitchenette, 3/4 bath, and a luxury king bed. Enjoy morning coffee or a sunset glass of wine on the deck while listening to Corbett Creek. The Dallas Trailhead is a short walk away, or bike/drive to the famous Ouray Hot Springs Pool. Per county ordinance, only one trailer is allowed on-site, with additional parking options available.

The studio is conveniently located in town within a few blocks of restaurants, parks, river, shops, and walking trails. Ride your bike to the RAT trails or drive 2 miles to Orvis Hot Springs to soak after skiing or hiking all day. Experience elevated camping in our glamping tents that accommodate two people and are situated among a few others at our eclectic campground in the valley between Ridgway and Ouray Colorado. These tents are cleverly designed with cozy fireplaces, a queen bed and some comforts from home. Our location offers mountain views and vast open skies for stargazing, as well as close proximity to the hot springs. Our heated bath house is a short 1 minute (or less) walk away from the tents.

Riverfront Cabin 3 - Pet Friendly - Hot Tub Access

Cute and cozy riverfront cabins with electric are available as a more economical option for guests who want to have the cabin experience and still have the convenience of being close to downtown Ouray. PLEASE NOTE: Cabins do NOT have water or bathrooms inside. Drinking water is readily available. Heated restrooms / shower facilities are a short walk from the cabins and checked multiple times daily. Pets are allowed ONLY with pre-approval / additional deposit & nightly fees.

Mountain Vista House

Our contemporary cabin is located 10 minutes (6 miles) from the town of Telluride. We are 2.7 miles form the Town of Mountain Village Gondola parking structure. The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town. There is also an extensive trail system for hiking, biking and running that can be accessed from within the neighborhood( maps in binder) Please read this before requesting to book, ESPECIALLY if booking during winter months (Nov-April)our property may not be for everyone...

Entire Silverton home w/ garage & ski tools!

~~~ Silverton Adventure House ~~~ Built in 2011, this is the perfect base for your next visit to the San Juan mountains! Radiant in-floor heat ensures a cozy stay. There is a small garage that is heated and includes a workbench with ski tools and space for gear storage. We welcome all Silverton visitors and will do our best to help you have an amazing stay! We are pet friendly! A $50 pet fee will be charged separately if you bring pets.

Backcountry Basecamp 1

The cabin is located in Lake City directly across from the visitor center, movie theater, and post office. It was built in 2019. The cabin is 420 sq ft and includes a bathroom with large shower, a kitchen, a laundry room, two private decks, private little yard with fire pit, and parking. It is a studio type set up. It is attached but separate to a larger 1900 sq ft cabin that is also for rent.
