Magnolia Cottage is 1 of 8 units @ HOME. This 1950's cottage was recently remodeled & redecorated w/ some luxury, upgraded finishes. This will be your own little HOME, away from home. Enjoy this private cottage (in a duplex building), which is just blocks away from downtown. Right down the street from San Juan Regional Hospital. A/C unit is an evaporative (swamp) cooler, available in summer months. Queen size bed. TV is internet services only; no cable. AND, best of all.....NO CLEANING FEE! : )

If your on a extended work trip or a southwestern adventure this place will be a cozy comfortable place to prop up your feet and rest your head in the four corners. We have weekly and monthly discounts and a flat $50 cleaning fee. all we ask is that you treat it like its your own home and double check for personal items when your leave.

Willow House is a single wide vintage trailer (circa 1974) with an addition on the front and a deck/porch out back with a tightly fenced yard. We have refurbished and remodeled this home. People have called it charming, cozy and peaceful. Willow House is decorated in a unique vintage way. Willow House has a "new lease on life" on Airbnb and we welcome you for a short or long stay: 10% weekly and 30% monthly discount, applies when you reserve your stay. We welcome your dog.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 4 bedroom home. Has beds in 3 of the rooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed. One room has a queen size bed. The 3rd room with a bed has a full size bed. Sleeps 6 people comfortably. The 4th room is an exercise room with a treadmill. Nice cozy back yard. Nice living room with oversized couches. WiFi offered. The living room has a tv and 3 of the rooms has tv in them. There is a nice koi pond in the front yard.

Walking distance to downtown. 3 minutes to Ricketts Park. The shared back yard has a plenty of space for you, your pups and has a bbq available to you! Your host is close by, you will have all the privacy you require in this detached one of a kind cottage.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Within walking distance to movie theatre, restaurants, aquatic center, trampoline park, as well as Rickett's park. Owner is not liable for any incidents regarding use of in-ground trampoline, pool or hot tub. Pool will be open Memorial Day-Labor Day (summer only). Hot tub is open Labor Day-Memorial Day (winter only).
