It is close to Rogerstown Estuary which is home to a bird reserve. It is a 15 minute drive from Dublin Airport. There is a bus stop outside which can bring you to Donabate train station and Swords Village.,

Bright Coastal Studio close to City and Airport

Bright and airy studio. Newly refurbished in April 2020. Private outdoor patio. Conveniently located to the train and bus routes getting you in to Dublin City in around 20 minutes. Very close to the coast. Lovely walks towards Howth and Portmarnock and Malahide. Please note that the studio apartment is an extension to the rear of our house, it is not accessible to the house. Access via a side lane. Studio has private patio but we do have 3 young children who sometimes use the garden.

Facilities include en-suite, kettle, tea & coffee, wifi, towels, hairdryer and iron. Host on hand if needed. Walking distance of sea and an array of places to eat & drink within walking distance. Only 15 min bus journey or 5 min train (DART) journey to the city centre. A 5 minute walk from St Anne’s Park & close to Howth & Malahide. Parking available.

This is a studio and it comprises of a room in an old Georgian house with high ceilings. a built in very small private kitchenette and a private built in very small private bathroom. Seven minute walk to Croke Park, 2 minute walk to Drumcondra station. Newly renovated in 2019. Double bed with Royal Coil mattress. Personal safe in room. Smart Locks enable entry with code. Perfectly situated for exploring local attractions, and just 20 minutes from Dublin Airport. We recommend a car as public transportation is limited & slow, and taxis can be costly.

You have a sense of being in the country with birds and squirrels in the trees but yet you are only 10 minutes to the airport and 10 minutes to the city centre. Everyone adored our closeness to the phoenix park..There are many activities in the park including the zoo, the hop on hop off bus, segways, rent a bike to name a few.

I'm proud to say my home was featured in Bad Sisters Season two (Grace's house) on Apple TV. It's a Coastal haven, sleeps two/ suitable for couple or single guest . Situated on its own beach, fall asleep to the song of the sea waves. Peaceful location, close to Dublin airport ( 20 mins drive) Dublin City centre 30 mins by train from Rush and Lusk station after 10 min bus journey. The bus to Dublin city is 1 hr 15 mins away..
