This home sits high on a bluff above downtown Frankfort & the Kentucky River (our farm borders on the river). Just three miles to Buffalo Trace Distillery (if you could fly, it's way closer than that!)

Near the famous bourbon trail, rental includes full cabin and large screen porch overlooking pond with fountain. First floor has living/dining/kitchen space with small sofa bed and stone fireplace (gas); queen bed and full bath on second floor. American and European antique furnishings and fine art welcome you to fully updated home with central HVAC.

Our two story cabin has 1BR with two double beds, full kitchen, full bathroom, recliners, and grills. It's perfect for couples, friends, or small families. The Ark Encounter, Kentucky Horse Park, Keeneland, and several distilleries are all within an hour of the cabin. This is a great place to relax between visits to these attractions.

National Historic O'neal Cabin

Originally built during the late 1700’s, this two-story log cabin was restored in 1995. The O'neal Cabin is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Located in central Kentucky, six miles from historic downtown Lexington, the O’Neal Log Cabin is in the heart of horse country and the bourbon trail. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. This cabin located in the country on our 100 acre farm, but you are 3 miles from restaurants, groceries, pharmacies and shops. The location is also central to the distilleries: 15mi to Maker's Mark, 35mi to Jim Beam, 50mi to Woodford Reserve, Lexington, and Louisville

14x40 finished amish made cabin that sets on a 103 acre tract of land. Cabin is fully furnished with a wood stove, kitchen table, bar area, sink and stove. Full size shower and bathroom. Indoor horse stalls and an outside corral for overnighting animals. Outside fire pit for evening enjoyment. Several miles of trails through open fields and wooded ridges provide riding or hiking adventures. Only a twenty minute ride to The Ark attraction or the Kentucky Horse Park.
