A little Paradise! Charming pool and guesthouse in country setting, birds and flowers galore. Much to do in the area, or just quiet, settling into some refresh-your-soul time. The guesthouse has all you need to feel at home. Within 15 minutes you'll find Gunstock Recreational Area, Highlands Mtn. Bike Park, Hermit Woods Winery, Funspot bowling and arcades, hiking, fishing, Shaker Village, Lakes Region Casino, NH Speedway, Bank of NH Pavillion (star-studded concerts) and Tanger Outlet Shopping.

Hill Studio

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This former Architect’s studio has been set up as a one bedroom guest house. It is a wonderful spot to relax and snuggle up next to the fire with your favorite book, beverage, or a special someone. The studio is very private with only the trees or maybe a visiting moose to see in. We are 30 min. to Ragged Mountain and Newfound Lake. We have a friendly dog and preapproved well-behaved pets are welcome. An all-wheel drive car is needed in winter.

Webster Camp

Enjoy a relaxing retreat in this rustic family camp with shared private access to and views of Webster Lake in Franklin, NH.  Webster Camp is an uninsulated seasonal camp, built in 1923. It still retains the historic charm, including open ceilings, exposed beams and a loft. Enjoy views of the lake while having game night around the table on the enclosed porch.  Take in sunsets over the lake from the large two-tier open deck, which provides plenty of seating, a propane grill, and a fire pit!

Lake house surrounded by nature with easy water access and rustic charm. You will feel a sense of calm surrounded by trees. In colder months, enjoy cozy time by fireplace, winter activities galore. Skate on lake, ski, more! An easy walk (110 steps) down to the lake, you will enjoy a small personal waterfront, perfect for wading into the lake to swim, launching canoe/kayak, or playing in the sand (depending on water level). Dine alfresco and end night sitting by the campfire enjoying smores.

Our 2nd floor apt is in a quiet little town with plenty to do nearby. We have called it MeANNDUR as we like the outside and nature. Mill City Park is within walking distance--New England's first whitewater park. Highland Mountain bike Park, hiking trails, disc golf, pickleball etc. We are 10-15 minutes from I-93 where N or S bound offers even more. Hospital(s) are close by too. Grocers, restaurants and local brewers just a short distance. The cohost lives on site and can help if needed.

Tired of the same old four walls? Step into a world where lake life meets cozy cabin vibes! Our charming cabin, just a 1-minute walk from Webster Lake, invites you to embrace water activities like kayaking, paddleboarding, and even ice fishing during winter! Relax on the porch, under glowing lights, sipping something hot (or cold—we don’t judge) while enjoying the peaceful woods and the call of loons. Expect the occasional mosquitos, But hey it’s all part of the full outdoor experience, right?

Guest Suite - Andover Village

Cozy, clean, comfortable and convenient to Proctor Academy's campus, Upper Valley and local Lakes Region attractions. You have a private keyed entrance to a one bedroom and one bath suite in a bungalow home with off street parking. Although attached to the primary home, you enter from your own covered patio and have the suite entirely to yourself. The bedroom has a queen bed, compact bathroom with shower and pleasant sitting area for two. A relaxing atmosphere with a morning coffee amenity!

Winter tire or 4x4 vehicle recommended.
