Apartment B offers essentials for a comfortable stay, whether you're here for work, a weekend getaway, or an extended visit. Centrally located in the heart of Waverly and just a short drive across town to Wartburg College! Apartment B is accessible by 20 stairs that may be too steep for some. If you have any issues with mobility, this space is not a good fit. Ideal for 2 adults.

We are located on 9 acres just inside the city limits of Cedar Falls. Just 1 1/2 miles west of the University of Northern Iowa Campus. We are located 10 minutes from shopping, restaurants, and more! The Ranch House - Entire Lodge at the Wolfe Ranch

Peaceful stay on an active working ranch near Marshalltown. Guests reserve the entire Lodge living space (kitchen, dining, fireplace, coffee bar). Please note: staff maintain office space within the Lodge and are present in designated areas during business hours (M-Th & Sat 11–3). The Lodge also houses our Cat Lounge in a separate area. Ranch activity and animals are part of the experience.
