Great fishing off our backyard, lake and on creeks. All one story plenty of parking! Ping Pong table, board games and movies. Bring the water toys. This is the place where kids forget about their IPADS and phones. Boat Dock is removed from Nov 1st to April 1st do to winter/snow conditions. Sorry for the inconvenience

Indian Valley Cottage (Retreat)

This is a 570 sq ft building with BR, BA and living area. It is located in beautiful Indian Valley. Lots of wildlife including deer, turkey, bear, and geese. The Kitchenette has a coffee and tea maker, refrigerator, hot plate, electric skillet and microwave, and should have enough tools for you to make simple meals. I also provide a grill on the patio, some outdoor furniture so guests may enjoy coffee, tea, in the morning or another beverage while watching the stars at night.

The adorable town of Chester is a 15 minute drive where you'll find shops, thrifting, cafes, restaurants and Timber House Brewery.

Surrounded by adventure, and just minutes from Biz Johnson Trailhead, Hidden Lakes Trailhead, Lake Almanor, Eagle Lake, Lassen Volcanic National Park, and bunches more! Based at the foot of the world-famous Keddie Wye Trestle, this historic 1906 home offers custom woodwork and attention to detail throughout. Outside you will find extensive decks, private river access, and exquisite landscaping. The property borders the National Forest with exclusive trail access leading to your own private swimming holes. You will enjoy your own unique view of the world famous Keddie Wye. House is only 7 miles from the Quincy.

Our cabin is in a very quiet area. Surrounded by hundreds of acres of cattle farms. The view is of fields and mountains, sky, and pine trees. The cabin is very private with your own entrance. A lot of parking and also a trailer space. This will be perfect for a single person or a couple. Great area to ride bikes, go golfing, even a pickleball/tennis court not far. Also not far from lakes and hiking. Please no pets.
