Anyone swimming, using the lake or if there are kids under 18, a waiver must be signed upon arrival. 4 Bedrooms, 1 king bed in open basement living space,2 living rooms, and a stocked modern kitchen.

The living room, with floor to ceiling windows offers a great view of the historic downtown Montezuma square.

Come experience small town living in the heart of downtown Grinnell. In 2017, I completed the historical renovation of this 100 year old gem that was vacant for a few years. You will notice the soaring ceilings and the gleaming hardwood floors once you step inside my loft. Situated next to the Strand Movie Theatre, you'll be within walking distance of Grinnell College, grocery stores and many restaurants.
